
What makes us different? Simply put, it's the experience and training of our security officers that makes the difference. We only recruit security officers with
two years previous experience in the position of which they are applying. Experience has taught us that experience and training are what make the difference. While other security companies employ warm bodies just to cover a site, or security officers with resumes showing they have worked for everybody, we do not. The only way to obtain professionalism is through proper recruitment, training, longevity, and customer service.
We offer one of the most thoroughly screened, trained, and strictly supervised officers in Washington. More applicants fail than pass our pre-employment tests, which include written testing, drug screening, and psychological testing.

We provide both armed and unarmed officers, depending on your needs. Both have passed our rigorous standards. But those who have qualified as unarmed officers and wish to also qualify as armed officers must meet additional testing and training requirements.
Those tests include an (8) eight hour use-of-force school, firearms range qualifications, FBI, Washington State Patrol, Idaho State Police, and local Police Department background investigations. In addition the following testing and applications must be approved or passed by each Security Officer: written skills testing, application for Washington Armed Guard license, and psychological tests designed to determine whether he/she has the proper temperament to handle a gun.
