We offer the most thoroughly experienced, screened, trained, and strictly supervised security officers. We fail more applicants during testing than pass. The one out of five who passes receives more training than the State of Washington requires. Once assigned, our security officers receive very strict supervision. We instill pride and professionalism in our security personnel and it pays off. We furnish our officers with quality uniforms and equipment at an expense higher than any other company, so they give a professional impression to the clients and the public. We motivate them toward better performance with programs designed to recognize and reward their efforts. These include Hourly Pay, Officer of the Month, and Officer of the Year Awards, as well as promotions. As a result, we keep morale and performance high and turnover low.

The first big difference in our security officers is that we only hire the best. The unkempt, the unstable, and the just plain lazy find no haven at Blackstone Group U.S.A., LLC. Those we do not weed out in personal interviews and background checks, we eliminate with intensive written tests. Those that pass are reliable, ambitious, stable, and have the highest integrity. HIRING QUALIFICATIONS AND STANDARDS



We would like to thank you for your interest in Blackstone Group U.S.A., LLC. The following is a list of the Minimal Qualifications Required for the position of Security Officer. If you think you meet the Minimal Qualifications, please submit your information upon being able to qualify.


 
 

Security Officer Minimal Qualifications Required


 


Have the legal right to work in the United States.


Have the highest degree of integrity and moral character.


Have a current and valid Washington driver's license with no infraction, citations, or restrictions.


Be in top physical condition.


Be mentally stable.


Have no addictions to any habit-forming drug or alcohol.


Have no conviction for any crimes.


Have no record of discharge from previous employment due to misconduct.


Have a neat and professional appearance.


Be a high school graduate/G.E.D./ College Education.


Successfully pass pre employment and Washington State pre assignment written testing.


Pass FBI, Homeland Security, TSA, Washington State Patrol, criminal history check.


Currently have a Washington or be able to obtain licensing within 48 hours from the time of hire at employee cost.


Be able to qualify with a firearm if requested by company.


Be at least 23 years of age at time of application.


Must provide proof of military police, corrections, or law enforcement experience.


Pass spouse interview (if applicable)


Provide three current non-family references.


Must obtain TWIC card within 90 days of hire if required.
